I completed my PhD in Information Systems at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), one of Malaysia's leading technology universities, in 2013. My doctoral thesis was titled “Energy Efficient and Low Carbon Enabler Green IT Framework for Data Centers in Pakistan," where I proposed an implementation framework to evaluate and deploy energy-efficient cloud data centers.
